We understand that the simple question every professional faces before deciding on a workplace is “what would be the experience like?” For that simple reason, we think that it’s our employees who are better placed to answer this question more than we are. So we did a little survey within the organization to find out what our people thought of their experience with Xelico.

The responses were many and many of them were quite unexpected and even flattering. But what we didn’t find in any of those responses was the description of a typical IT employer stereotype.
